We want you to be satisfied with fastro. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds in accordance with this policy.
You may be eligible for a refund if: (a) the request is made under our Refund Policy and applicable law; and (b) you have not previously received a refund for the same subscription. We review each request individually and may make exceptions at our discretion.
Email support@fastro.app with your account email address and reason for the refund. We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally not available for: charges outside the review window described in this policy (except where required by applicable law); accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.
